设定资料（中文）：被硬壳覆盖，外形像双壳贝的数码兽。为了让外皮飞跃性发达，内部构造像幼年期一样呈软泥状。是个用可爱的脸引诱对方，等对方靠近就施加攻击的狡猾家伙。另外，合上壳的状态，可以轻松反弹轻微攻击，具有较高防御力。必杀技是用体内生成的硬球击打对手的「黑珍珠」和用超高水压的水流冲击敌人的「水螺旋」。
设定资料（日文）：硬い殻に覆われている２枚貝の形をしているデジモン。外皮を飛躍的に発達させたため、内部構造は幼年期のようなスライム状になっている。可愛い顔で相手を誘い込み、近づいた相手に攻撃を加えるズルい奴。また、殻を閉じた状態では、ちょっとした攻撃など容易く跳ね返すほどの高い防御力を持つ。必殺技は体内で生成される硬玉を相手に撃ちこむ『ブラックパール』と超高水圧の水流を敵にぶつける『ウォータースクリュー』。

角色形象来源外壳坚硬，形如波浪般。是珊瑚礁区常见的大型双壳贝，壳的边缘有突起，又称为五爪贝。它们每年大约只成长10 cm。喜生长在阳光充足处，以利其身上的共生藻行光合作用。对光线十分敏感，阳光愈炽烈，展示出来的外壳越艳丽迷人。适合生长在水温约20-31 ℃水域。对光线的变化和机械性的刺激非常敏感。砗磲贝形态较大，多被用来雕刻挂件饰品，造价成本较便宜，市面常见的饰品多在几元左右。大砗磲(T.gigas)的外壳直径可达1米以上，厚6～9 cm，两片贝壳约重300 kg。较小的如鳞砗磲(Tridacna squamosa)、砗蠔(H.hippopus)直径一般也有0.5 m。贝壳略呈三角形，壳顶弯曲，壳缘呈波形屈曲。表面灰色，上有数条像被车轮辗压过的深沟道。外套膜大，颜色鲜艳。
扇贝属于软体动物门，扇贝科，是我国重要的贝类养殖品种。 [1] 扇贝可食部分的主要营养成分为蛋白质，与鱼类、虾类相似，是一种集食、药、滋补为一体的重要水产食物。 [2] 扇贝广泛分布于世界各海域。 [3] 扇贝柱的干制品称为“干贝”，为名贵海珍品。 [4] 又称海扇蛤，贝壳多呈圆盘或圆扇形；壳顶前后方有耳，两耳相等或不等，多数右壳前耳下方有明显的足丝孔和细栉齿。壳面具放射肋或同心片状雕刻。闭壳肌痕明显，外套痕简单，无水管；内韧带，位于壳顶下方的三角形韧带槽内。我国沿海已发现50余种。栉孔扇贝（Chlamys farreri）是我国北方沿海重要的养殖贝类，产量很大，经济价值高，扇贝柱的干制品称为“干贝”，为名贵海珍品。
